The Normale’s commitment to technology and knowledge transfer is demonstrated by its active participation in key networks within the sector. Being part of these networks ensures continuous engagement with the most advanced experiences in the field and the opportunity to amplify the impact of its interventions for research valorization.

The Normale is a member of Netval, the Italian network for research valorization, which includes universities, public research institutions, IRCCS, and is strongly committed to creating a community of TTO Management professionals.

The Normale is among the founding schools of JoTTO, a joint office for technology transfer involving the six Italian special-status schools: Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Scuola IMT Alti Studi di Lucca, Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS di Pavia, SISSA di Trieste, and GSSI de L’Aquila.

The Normale is affiliated with URTT – the Regional Office for Technology Transfer, which, initiated by the Tuscany Region, brings together universities in the region for collaboration with companies through scouting initiatives and patent valorization.
