Open call for funding for 4 research grants – AFR 2024 Programme – COMMA24 Project

The call for applications is now open for the funding of 4 research grants, within the framework of the AFR 2024 programme of the Region of Tuscany. The grants are part of the multidisciplinary research project entitled COMMA24.

In the framework of the programme ‘AFR 2024 – Higher Education and Research-Action’, promoted by the Region of Tuscany in the framework of Giovanisì, the call for applications is open for the selection of no. 4 research scholarships for the performance of multidisciplinary research entitled ‘Comunicazione e Marketing delle attività di terza missione 2024’ (COMMA24) lasting 24 months, at the University of Pisa, Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola IMT Alti Studi of Lucca and University of Siena.

The professional figure will carry out research and action on Third Mission communication activities and will support research structures in marketing activities with a focus on issues related to the communication of the impact and results of the PNRR.

The pathway will be articulated as follows

  • 18 months of Research-Action at one of the Technology Transfer Offices of the University/School, seat of the pathway (University of Pisa, University of Siena, Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola IMT Alti Studi of Lucca)
  • 2 months of Training at: Universities and Associations of reference for Third Mission activities, Higher Education Schools and International Schools of Advanced Studies;
  • 2 months of Training at: CREA, The University Service Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CREA UniCa) of the University of Cagliari;
  • 2 months of Research-Action at: Regional Technology Transfer Office;

The total amount of each scholarship, gross of any tax and social security deductions to be paid by the scholarship holder, where provided for by the regulations in force, is €43,200.00 (€1,800.00/month).

The assessment procedure, consisting of a stage for the evaluation of qualifications and an interview, is aimed at candidates who are in possession of a master’s degree or an old-school degree (or equivalent foreign qualification), subject to the prior submission and evaluation of the application. Each candidate may express a preference as to the location of the scholarship when submitting the application.
